Data Processing Addendum

We offer a data processing addendum (DPA) for our paid customers who collect data from users in the EU. Our DPA offers contractual terms that meet GDPR requirements and that reflect our data privacy and security commitments to our customers.

We cannot agree to sign customers’ DPAs. As a small team we are unable to make individual changes to our DPA as we do not have a legal team on staff.

Training And Awareness

Ucentric employees regularly parcipate in privacy trainings. Trainings include up-to-date information on data privacy laws like GDPR. In addition to those trainings, employee's also train in security awareness where topics like phishing and social engineering are covered.

Data Inventory

Ucentric maintains a data inventory tracking the collection, storage, and usage of various types of customer data.

We periodically review the data we collect to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to ensure alignment with our customer's risk tolerence levels.

Users can manage their emails preferences, and unsubscribe from non-transactional emails by visiting our Email Preferences Page, or by managing their preferences inside the Ucentric app under "User" settings.

Data Subject's Rights

We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR.

Ucentric will respond to all requests within 48 hours and will process requests for export, erasure, or other actions in a timely manner.

Data Sub-processors

All of our sub-processors store data in the United States. New sub processors are only added after a vigorous selection process. We will notify all customers at least 30 days before any new sub-processors are added.
